A former Principal Attorney at Pacific Legal Foundation, Mr. Radford has practiced before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit, and other federal courts for more than 25 years. He has published 20+ articles on constitutional law and property rights and been cited worldwide.
Amy helped establish Kassouni Law in 2009 before attending law school, where she graduated magna cum laude — fourth in her class. After an internship with the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office, she became a licensed attorney at the firm.

Timothy Kassouni argued an inverse-condemnation claim at trial; the courts found the County liable for a taking without just compensation and for arbitrarily denying building permits. The decision overturned Landgate, giving Californians additional constitutional protections when agencies cause arbitrary delays.
Appeared before the California Supreme Court in oral argument and amicus briefing. The ruling precluded local governments from enforcing condominium-conversion regulations after discretionary approvals had already been granted — preserving the private property rights of the owner.
Amicus curiae briefing in the South Carolina Supreme Court and in support of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court. Certiorari was granted, leading to a landmark Fifth Amendment takings-clause ruling in favor of the property owner.
